Now Hiring - Account Manager (Client Success) in Santa Monica, CA

Advertise Purple is experiencing a high growth period and seeking an Account Managerfor our expanding team. The Account Manager will assist with client growth using proven marketing strategies, collaborate with colleagues to better measure and ensure success, and enhance agency relationships with clients. The Account Manager will complete comprehensive training learning about affiliate marketing and client services before being assigned a portfolio of clients to deliver exceptional service to.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of AP solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key metrics.
• Prepare reports on account status.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited university.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, and Slack
• Minimum 2 years experience in a client facing or customer service aligned role.

Compensation and Benefits

The Account Manager position is a required hybrid opportunity in Santa Monica, California. Two days in the office (T/W) and three days working from home (M, Th, F) are required for this role. Compensations is $70,000.00 annual. Projected start date: August 21, 2023.
